Agregar coprrp004 (Cronologico de Ordenes) al proyecto

  campo estado) en mbsERP.4pw
- Sustituir seleccionarsalida()/configureoutput() (no definidas en
  este programa, misma API fgl_report_* no disponible) por
  om.XmlWriter.createFileWriter() hacia FGLSPOOL
