Agregar coprrp019 (Validacion Ordenes) al proyecto

  API fgl_report_* no disponible) por om.XmlWriter.createFileWriter()
  hacia FGLSPOOL
- Corregir typo "database marmotech" -> "database smarmotech" en
  cofmrp019.per
